We'll get back to you with a quotation, and with your approval, proceed as follows:
- using CAD software, we create a template, and cut pre-formed custom marine aluminum extrusions to exacting angles
- frame sections are mounted in an assembly jig, and corners are TIG welded for high strength weld penetration
- appropriate drain and mounting holes are drilled
- frame is carefully hand finished, high pressure washed and sandblasted
- frames are electrostatically powder coated in your color choice, and oven baked at temperatures exceeding 450 degrees
- tempered safety glass is installed using custom watertight seals
- opening windows are finished with latches and security locks.
- standard glass colors are clear, gray, bronze and solex green, others available
- matching powder coated mounting screws are optional
- screens and interior trim rings are available
The windows are now ready for your installation. We will ship anywhere in the US. If you are in the Sarasota, Florida area, we can provide references for installation and other renovation requirements.
